FAQ's
Where is that favourite coffee I used to buy?
Coffee is an organic product, every season we re-evaluate our range and sometimes we change things in the effort to constantly improve our offerings. If you don’t see you favorite origin on the website at all, it is because we are no longer stocking it or it will not be back for an entire season. If your favorite origin says it’s out of stock then it’s usually the end of the season and we’re just waiting for the next container to arrive. Shouldn’t be too much longer.
Do you offer discounts for offices, schools and churches?
Yes we do offer discounts to offices, schools and churches, but with this discount, comes great responsibility. It is not a quantity discount. We encourage people to do small regular orders rather than buy in bulk so your coffee remains super fresh.
How should I store my coffee?
We don’t believe storing your coffee in the fridge or freezer is a great idea. In summary though, to prevent your coffee smelling like last night’s left over curry, it’s best not to store them together! We recommend buying small quantities regularly, with the aim of using your beans within a maximum of about 2-3 weeks from it’s roast date and storing your beans in a cool, dark, dry spot (like your kitchen pantry). This will maintain the flavor of your coffee for as long as possible.
If I purchase a espresso machine or grinder from your site, how much will it cost to be shipped to me?
For all domestic espresso machines and grinders we charge a flat fee of $100 to ship anywhere in Australia
